Use of our products and services, including Ma Conformité, Ancora, Marginalia, Al9anat, Analytix Mobile, and Telecomaroc, is governed by the subscription, license, or partnership agreement you sign with us. The state and federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your country provides otherwise.
